“Sophia designed a tailored 1-2-1 yoga session for me, as I wanted to learn some stretches that would work well with all the running that I do.  It was a great session – amazing having my own private class and being able to have Sophia’s complete attention while learning new yoga positions – something of a luxury compared to being in yoga class.  She has a really lovely teaching style, made yoga feel very accessible, and got me feeling stretches in places I didn’t think possible!  I would thoroughly recommend having a 1-2-1 session with Sophia.”

Yin yoga
